Visiting Bridal Salons in the Bay Area

Today I met with the ladies of The Bella Bride in San Francisco. Pleasantly located on Steiner street, this beautiful boutique is suited for any bride. It is nestled in a centrally located area in the Fillmore Shopping District, near Pacific Heights and Japan Town.

They carry a wide variety of different designers such as Pronovias, La Sposa, L’ezu Atelier, Cymbelin, Simone Carvali and Eli Saab. Not only do they carry many different styles of gowns, you will also find unique accessories from Stephanie Browne Australia. This is a great one stop shop to find the perfect head piece, veil, and jewelry to compliment your beautiful wedding gown.

In my observance at the Salon, I was intrigued by the fact that every bride that walked through the door, was looking for something different than the next. They were all looking for different styles, silhouettes, and overall different looks to match their particular venue, time of year, etc. It was interesting yet exciting to see the moment where a bride comes in, tries her dream dress and falls in love! It is such a great moment to be a part of.

The owner Yvonne, being a designer herself, explains in great detail what changes can be made to a gown that will personalize the style and personality of each gown that compliments the bride in the best way possible. Many customizing changes can be made such as adding some beading and/or lace, changing the fabric, or changing the neckline. The greatest thing about the option to customize, is you can make certain that no one else will ever have YOUR gown!
